Holiday Craft Show

New Creation Community Church Annual Holiday Craft Show
 
We would like to invite you to the annual New Creation Community Church Holiday Craft Show.  The proceeds from this event benefit our 2011 Mission trip.  We want to thank you in advance for coming and supporting us, and we hope you have a great weekend.
 
New Creation Community Center is not responsible for any injuries, lost or stolen merchandise that may occur while on the premises.
 
Food and beverages will be available through the mission team; therefore no food vendors will be accepted.  There will be helpers around to take orders.
 
All tables are to be covered to the floor and all materials used for transportation should be hidden under your table and please park your cars in the parking lot behind the church.  Set up will be from 7am-9am.  This will give the show a clean look and make it easier to move around.  Please keep your area neat.  Vendors are asked not to elave early.
 
Set up will be Fri. November 26th.  7am-9am.
Show Hours: Friday November 26th.  9am-2pm.
Saturday Nobemver 27th.  9am-2pm.
 
New Creation Community Church will supply tables and 2 chairs per space.  If you have your tables and would like to use them let me know.
 
Cost of spaces:  1 day 1 space $20.00 (8ft tables) (space approx. 10ft x 5 ft)
                        1 day 2 space $25.00 (8ft tables) (space approx. 10ft x 5 ft)
                        2 day 1 space $25.00 (8ft tables) (space approx. 10ft x 5 ft)
                        2 day 2 space $30.00 (8ft tables) (space approx. 10ft x 5 ft)
There are a few electric sites available, please specify if electric is wanted (first come basis)
